This raffle looks suspicious, can you delete it?

  • No, Mutant Labs is a decentralized platform. We cannot interfere with raffles because we are not the hosts. If you think a raffle looks suspicious you can report it on our discord server by opening a ticket and we can flag the host so you will know that they are gaming the system. MAKE SURE TO READ THE TOO BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM!

Are Mutants Labs responsible for Raffles?

  • We guarantee a platform for users to host their raffles, but hosts are responsible for it.

I didn't profit from this raffle, can I have a refund?

  • No, we do not guarantee profits on our raffles. Raffles are supposed to be fun and you have to agree with the terms and conditions to host one.

I bought a ticket by mistake, can I have a refund?

  • No, raffle tickets aren't refundable once bought, so be careful about this!

I had a 99.99% chance of winning and still lost, is this rigged?

  • No! Understand probability, even with a 99% chance of winning you still have a 1% chance of losing! Want to understand how our raffles work? Click .

The raffle timer ended and ticket sales still happened. Is that right?

  • Yes. After the timer ends people in the queue will have their chance to buy tickets before the winners are drawn. If you see the raffle in the "Drawing Winners" phase it's because there are still some transactions processing. After the timer ends you cannot join the queue, so if you leave the queue before buying the ticket you will lose the chance to participate. Because of that we strongly advise you to not wait until the last minute to buy tickets. Any communication problem with our API could kick you out of the queue and end your chance of participating in the raffle. By leaving to the last minute you are accepting this risk and there is nothing we will be able to do in case that happens.

Is there a fee reduction for holders?

  • Yes. After you stake a Mutant NFT for at least 7 days, you will have a fee reduction from 5% to 2% automatically.

How do I promote my raffle?

  • You can promote your raffle by having a Mutant NFT staked for at least 7 days, after this you are eligible to promote. You need to agree with the Terms & Conditions.
