Reduced raffler raffle requirements to 50 ₳ spent on raffles or 300 ₳ collected on raffles per ticket
Added an option to promote your raffle when creating it
Added a tool to verify your account even using a ledger. (NEED TO OPEN A TICKET ON OUR DISCORD OR SEND A TWITTER DM FOR THAT)
